TOYOTA Prius Minor Change

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) announced Prius minor change and launches the model as of December 19^th at Toyota, Toyopet, Toyota Corolla and Netz dealers across the country..

For the exterior, designs of front bumper, front grill, under grill, rear combination lamp and 15 inch wheel cap, etc. are changed to the design highlighting the characteristic and spirit of innovation while discharge head lamp is newly installed and clearance lamp is changed to LED. Also, Bordeaux mica metallic, frosty green mica metallic and light purple mica metallic are newly added to the outer panel colors increasing the number of standard color options to 8 colors.

As for the interior, high gloss silver painting is applied to the steering switch base and around shift knob to enhance the quality. Also, two toned blue & black as well as brown & black are added for the seat color options.

Furthermore, corner censors are installed as default while Super UV Cut Glass (ultra violet filtered glass) is adopted to a part of the available grades. Also, factory option's navigation with DSSS, which supports safety driving by use of ITS technology as well as JBL Premium Sound System are installed for some models.

TOYOTA Starts Taking Orders for New "Prius PHV"

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) starts taking orders today for Plug-in Hybrid Vehicle (PHV) new "Prius PHV" that can be charged at home by using a regular electric outlet. The model is expected to be launched on January 30^th, 2012.

TOYOTA announces Prius "G Sports"

TOYOTA introduced the third edition model "S Touring Selection G's" from sports conversion model series. The model is expected to be launched on December 26^th.

"G's" is the reasonably priced sports conversion series that has realized maneuverability with indulgence through total tuning by Gazoo Racing test drivers in order to provide a "taste of driving" and "fun of driving" to a wide range of drivers.

Newly released "G's" has "S" for its base and in addition to the equipment of "Touring Selection", tuning that is focused on increasing the sense of security by improvement of stability as well as creating a sense of togetherness between a feeling of maneuverability and "pleasure of maneuver" has been given.

In detail, suspension with special tuning has been adopted to coil spring and suspension shock absorber. Furthermore, by installing member brace and spot weld lights, the body strength has been improved from the base model while by adopting strong and light special 18 inch aluminum wheel and high performance tire. The model wiped off the conventional image of hybrid vehicle and realized sporty driving.

As for the exterior, specially designed bumpers for both front and rear as well as large muffler and "G's" emblem on the front fender and back door have been adopted to express the sportiness. Furthermore, front LED illumination beam as well as black decorations on the head lamp and rear combination lamp are adopted to give a taste of momentum and intelligent look.

The high quality interior design is creating a space that enhances drivers desire for driving by adopting special seat upholstery with "G's" logo and steering wheel with red stitches as well as the instrument panel door trim with carbon tone decorations and aluminum axel and brake pedals.

TOYOTA bB New Package

As of November 24th, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) launched special packages for bB, S "Kirameki" and Z "Kirameki" as well as a minor change through Netz dealers nationwide.

Newly set up S "Kirameki" and Z "Kirameki" are equipped with mirror like chrome plated front grill and chrome plate decorations for interior and exterior throughout the body as well as aluminum wheel on which luxurious gloss paint is applied. Furthermore, armrest controller for adjusting interior illuminations is equipped while 11 speakers is adopted enhancing the characteristic of the special model, light and sound. Black mica metallic is newly added for the body color option.

TOYOTA FJ Cruiser Offers New Package

As of December 1st, TOYOTA launches FJ Cruiser Special Specification "Black Color Package" and "Red Color Package" through Toyota dealers nationwide.

Newly introduced "Black Color Package" and "Red Color Package" have specifications that are focused on use of each color enhancing the playful spirit of the full-blown 4WD model.

"Black Color Package" offers two-tone outer panel in black & white with a special 17-inch aluminum wheel with black painting and spear tire with wheel covers as well as door mirrors, radiator grill, front & rear bumper and outside door handle in all black creating more simple but dynamic style.

On the other hand, "Red Color Package" has mono-tone outer panel in red with a special leather steering wheel with red and black decorations and seats with water repellent and water proof material further enhancing the outstanding character.

TOYOTA Crown 55th Anniversary Special Specification Model

As of November 1st, TOYOTA introduced a new seat color to Crown 55^th Anniversary Special Specification Model, which was launched last December.

The special specification "Anniversary Edition" series has two-tone leather seat (shell & ivory for "Royal" series and dark brown & black for "Athlete" series) together with newly added French Potpourri wood tone panel making the special specification model more attractive.

TOYOTA Ractis Minor Change

As of October 26^th, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) launched Special Specification models X "SMART STOP Selection" and G" "SMART STOP Selection" for Ractis 1.3 L vehicels through TOYOTA Corolla and Toyopet dealers nationwide.

Through this minor change, turquoise metallic is newly added to the outer panel color (except for "S") while setting two additional colors for outer panel of "L'epice" increasing the optional colors from 6 colors to 8.colors. Also, beige is added for the interior color besides the conventional black. Further more soft padded surface skin has been applied to the instrument panel and upper part of front door for "L'epice" "G" and "S" enhancing the quality of texture while equipping Super UV-cut Glass, which filters 99% of ultraviolet on the front door. "V Package" with carefully chosen equipment 1.3L "X" grade is newly added to the grade lineup while lowering the bottom MSRP to 1.37M yen.

The special specification model is based on 1.3L "X" and "G" grades and have an idling stop function "Toyota Stop & Start System". It has achieved fuel efficiency of 21.5km/L (base model + 1.5km/L) while enhancing environmental and safety performance by S-VSC, TRC and LED rear combination lamp excellent maneuverability and stability.

As for the outer panel, 5 colors including Strawberry Metallic Opal are newly added. Berry Red Mica decorations on the door mirrors, outside handles and back door garnish come with Strawberry Metallic Option.

TOYOTA to launch special specification model for Axio & Fielder

As of October 12th, TOYOTA launched special specification model X "HID Extra Limited" for Corolla Axio and Corolla Fielder from Toyota Corolla dealers nationwide.

This special specification models have projector style discharge headlamps, a smart entry & start system, an anti-theft system, an automatic air condition & touch-tone heater control panel and sun visors with vanity mirror for driver and passenger seats added to the "X" grade enhancing the convenience and usability.

In addition to mentioned, Corolla Axio special specification vehicle X "HID Extra Limited" has a drive monitor, which provides information such as outside temperature, a tachometer, a front personal lamp etc. applied to enhance usability while setting dark gray mica as a new color for the outer panel.

On the other hand, Corolla Fielder special specification model X "HID Extra Limited" has a rear spoiler with LED slit beam stop lamps and privacy glasses with UV ray filtering function to enhance its safety and comfort while setting total of five colors for the outer panel including newly added White Pearl Crystal Shine..

TOYOTA to give a minor change on SAI

As of November 1^st, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) Is expected to apply a minor change on SAI and launch the model from Toyota, Toyopet, Toyota Corolla and Netz dealers nationwide.

In this minor change, TOYOTA applied new eco-plastic, which dramatically improved the heat resistance and durability by using bio PET to the seat skin as well as floor carpet package trim and increased the usage of the eco-plastic for the interior to 80% (approximately +20%.compared to the conventional model). The company also reformed control of the engine to improve the fuel efficiency to 24.0 km/L (+1.0 km/L compared to the conventional model)

By applying chromium plating moul on front roar grill and door panel as well as wood tone decoration on center cluster, it enhanced the high class look. Also, super UV cut glass is applied to the windshield to filter out ultraviolet by 99%. Dark gray metallic is added to the outer panel color options, and two colors (black and shell) are newly added to the interior.

Car sensor alarm, which warns pedestrians about an approaching quiet hybrid vehicle is installed as default for all vehicles.

In addition to this, by adding reinforcement bar to the suspension members of both front and rear suspensions, it enhanced the maneuverability and driving stability while achieving high level of comfort by changing the setting such as shock absorber.

"Touring Selection with new specifications and a sporty appearance as well as "A Package" with new specifications and an ample safety unit are added to the line-up to make it even more attractive.

LEXUS HS250 Minor Change

As of October 6^th, LEXUS applied a minor change to HS250h and launched Special Specification vehicle HS250h "Harmonious Leather Interior" through LEXUS dealers nationwide.

The minor change gave a change to the specification of suspension to improve maneuverability and driving safety as well as comfortable off-road driving. It newly applied car sensor and mercury gray mica for outer panel.

The new Special Specification Vehicle HS 250h "Harmonious Leather Interior" applied leather material seat and set two types of interior designs for two-tone color design while having the standard specification on the base adding a premium taste to the specification.

Also, it has a plasma cluster and a LED scuff plate specially equipped while setting 18 inch aluminum wheel and spoiler as options. For outer panel color, total of seven colors are available including star light black glass flake.

TOYOTA to Launch Special Specification Model for Auris

As of October 5^th, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) launched Special Specification model 150X "M Platinum Selection" for Auris from Netz dealers nationwide.

The Special Specification model is based on 150X. In addition to the equipment of "M Package", projector type discharge head lamp is specially installed. Silver coating is applied to electric retractable remote controlled door mirror, door belt moul and color side protection moul for stylish look. Furthermore, leather wrapped three sporks steering wheel & shift knob, special fabric seat and so on are applied for the premium look of the interior.

Also, total of 6 colors including dark blue mica are specially added to the outer panel color option.

TOYOTA to launch Special Specification Model for VOXY

As of October 4^th, Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) launched Special Specification model for VOXY "ZS Kirameki II" from Netz dealers nationwide.

The newly introduced Special Specification model is based on ZS and has the total of four colors including gray metallic for the outer panel color. For the exterior package, projector type discharge head lamp and electrically retractable remote controlled door mirror with side turn lamp, front grill and front fog lamp bezel with high intensity silver metallic painting, special large side mud guard for aero grade are specially installed and for interior, center cluster, door switch base & door handle bezel (front slide door) with dark metal tone paint and seat skin with silver accent and front second seat with silver double stitch, leather wrapped shift knob with silver stitch are applied to enhance the cool impression.

Furthermore, dual power slide door and plasma cluster are installed to make the specification more attractive.

TOYOTA to launch Premio & Allion Special Specification Model

As of October 3, TOYOTA Motor Corporation launched special specification model1.5F "L Package Prime Green Selection" for Premio as well as special specification model A15 "G Package Limited" and A18 "G Package Limited Power-Seat Edition" for Allion from Toyopet dealers nationwide.

Premio Special Specification Model 1.5F "L Package Prime Green Selection" and 1.8X "L Package Prime Green Selection" are each based on 1.5F and 1.8X. In addition to equipment of "L package", they have special equipment for 2.0G "SUPERIOR package" such as discharge head lamp and silver coated side protection moul etc. making the appearance elegant. Quality of the interior is also enhanced by applying a leather wrapped wood-tone 4 sporks steering wheel and a leather wrapped shift knob (1.8X has the standard equipment).

Allion Special Specification A15 "G package Limited", A18 "G package Limited Power-seat Edition" are each based on A15 and A18. In addition to equipment of "G package", they have projector type discharge head lamp, silver coated door belt molding, grip style silver coated outside door handles and such while enhancing the quality of interior and exterior by a specially equipped leather wrapped wood-tone 4 sporks steering wheel and a leather wrapped shift knob. The model also has privacy glass with ultraviolet protection.

In addition to above, Allion Special Specification Model A18 "G Package Limited Power-Seat Edition" has a 8-way power seat for the driver's side and luxury fabric seat skin to enhance user friendliness and high class look.
