This minor change contributes to improve its usability and enhance premium accents both for interior and exterior.  Also new grade "Blade S package" with sporty look has been added to the line up.

For the interior, the storage space becomes bigger, and also real leather seat cover and heating seats are installed as standard equipments for some higher grade vehicles.
As for the exterior, there were design changes for the front emblem, headlamp, rear combination lamp, and aluminum wheel.  7 colors, including newly added dark green mica, are available for the outer panel.

Moreover, 3.5L vehicle "Blade Master G" installed 6-speed Sport Direct Shift, and this is the first model to carry it among TOYOTA brand vehicles.

Improvement of fuel efficiency:
Vehicles with 1.8L engine (4WD and 1.8X 2WD) have been boosted its fuel efficiency through the improvement of the battery and alternator. Since Wish already has met the level of 75% lower than the 2005 Emission Standard, all Wish models are now subject to tax break for eco-friendly cars.

Vehicles with 1.8L engine (4WD) achieved 15.2km/L*1(0.8km/L*1 more than conventional model), and 1.8X (2WD) achieved 16.4km/L*1(0.4km/L*1 more than conventional model) with fuel efficiencies surpassing the 2010 Fuel Efficiency Standard by 15% and 25%, respectively.  Accordingly, buyers are eligible for the tax relief of vehicle acquisition tax and vehicle weight tax; 50% for the 4WD and 75% for the 2WD vehicles.

TMC (TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION) announced the unveiling in Japan of the compact luxury sedan 'SAI', which is planned to go on sale in Japan on December 7.

 

The Sai is based on a concept derived from the Japanese word sai--which means "talent" when written as "" and "coloration" when written as ""--as a hybrid-only sedan "combining advanced talent and multi-color sophistication".

Now some of 1.3L engine vehicles and 1.5L engine (2WD) vehicles also qualify for the 50% tax relief of vehicle acquisition tax and vehicle weight tax.

Partial improvements to Auris with 1.8L engine have been made by adopting TOYOTA's 'Valvematic' engine and paddle shift (excl. "RS"), also the new "RS" grade recently added to the line up has the 6-speed manual transmission installed.

 

As for the exterior, there were design changes for the engine-hood, head-lamp, front grill/ bumper/ spoiler, rear combination lamp/ bumper.  7 colors, including newly added 4 colors (Metallic Silver, Metallic Gray, Metallic Blue, and Metallic Cobalt blue), are available for the outer panel.

Among 1.8L engine vehicles, "180G S package" (2WD)'s fuel efficiency surpassed the 2010 Fuel Efficiency Standard by 25% or more, while "RS" with 4WD surpassed the same by 15% or more.  Vehicles with 1.5L engine surpassed the same by 15% or more through the improvement of engine, transmission, and alternator. In addition to all vehicles in the same series which already have qualified for the 75% lower than the 2005 Emission Standards, now Auris complies with the tax relief of vehicle acquisition tax and vehicle weight tax.
